Temples Tigers and Tribes Tour Of Central India 8 Nights / 9 Days

Day 01:New Delhi – Jhansi:
Arrive by Shatabdi Exp. train to Jhansi. Upon arrival transfer by road to Orchha ( Apprx.1/2 hours ). Arrive Orchha and check-in at the hotel.
Orchha : In the 16th and 17th centuries the Hindu Bundela rulers, who were allies of the Moghuls, built up Orchha as a provincial capital on he banks of the winding Betwa River. On the bank of the Betwa River next to Kanchana Ghat, a short walk upstream from the town proper, are 14 sandstone Cenotaphs built in honor of the former rulers.Upon arrival check-in at the hotel The Orchha Resort.
Afternoon you can also visit Chaturbhuj Temple, Ram Raja Temple, Dinman Hardaul's Palace. Overnight will be at hotel.
Day 02:
Orchha – Khajuraho:
Morning drive to Khajuraho ( Apprx. 4 hours ). Upon arrival check-in at the hotel.
Khajuraho was once a religious and political capital of the Chandela dynasty who ruled Central India between 9th and 13th century. Its major tourist attractions are the temples depicting erotic sculptures and figurines. The temples are divided into eastern and Western temples and boasts of Chandela art. Enjoy the sightseeing of the temples in the afternoon.Overnight will be at the hotel.
Day 03:
Bandhavgarh National Park:
Morning drive to Bandhavgarh National Park (6 hrs drive). You will be transferred to the hotel. Move out for the jungle gypsy safari deep inside the national park for the evening safari.
Day 04:Bandhavagarh National Park:
Early in the morning set out for the adventurous trial on the Jeep Safari and spot the tigers in the national park. Also we take view of various forms of wildlife existing in the park. In the evening set out once again for the Jungle Safari.
Day 05:
Kanha National Park:
Drive to Kanha National Park (6 hrs) and on arrival check-in your hotel. Move out for the jungle gypsy safari in the evening.
Day 06: Kanha National Park:
Start on the gypsy safari to see the wild tiger roaming freely in the Kipling’s country. After lunch move out once again for the jungle gypsy safari.
Day 07: Kanha - Kawardha
After the early morning safari drive straight to Kawardha (4 hrs).After checking into the palace, you will have your first exposure of tribal life of the Bastars. Evening you will be on your first trip to the surrounding tribal villages, which are still untouched from bustling life of a city.Today visit the famous Boremdeo Temples, Saroda Reservoir and Lohara Bavli.
Overnite in Hotel Kawardha Palace.
Day 08:Kawardha
Morning at leisure. Today you will be taken to the nearby Tribal villages where you will explore the lifestyle and culture of the tribals of this area.
Day 09: Kawardha - Raipur
Morning transfer to Raipur airport (2 1/2 hrs) for your onward destination.
